We’re honored and thrilled to learn that you’re considering Allen Smile Design for all of your oral care needs! You’ll quickly learn that Dr. Lewis and her team take your oral health care very seriously. Before you become a new patient, we recommend that you learn a bit more about the process as well as keep the following information in mind. This includes details of your first visit, necessary forms to fill out, financing, and more!
We work hard to make your first visit incredibly comprehensive, which is why we dedicate a full hour and a half to ensure you get time to start a cleaning or receive same-day treatment. When you first arrive, you’ll be greeted upon entering and offered a beverage or snack at our beverage center. You’ll have a chance to fill out your new patient forms via iPad, get a tour of our dental office, and eventually seated in our operatory.
Completing new patient forms gives us a chance to get to know your needs better. By filling out your new patient forms ahead of time, you save time during your actual appointment. Not only can you fill out your forms online, but there’s no need to print them out and bring them to the dental office!
Allen Smile Design is currently in-network with many PPO dental insurance plans, so you can take advantage of savings and benefits provided to you by your insurance benefits. We’re happy to help you file claims and maximize your benefits to the fullest extent. After all, dental care should be affordable. If you have questions about your care, please do not hesitate to call our dental office directly or mention it during your first visit.
And many more! Ask our friendly team if we take your plan.
Learn More About Dental Insurance
When planning for a big dental treatment, being able to split up the cost over several months can be a big help for budget-minded individuals and families. At Allen Smile Design, we're happy to work with convenient payment plans through CareCredit and Lending Club. These types of financing come with little to NO interest, depending on the length of the chosen plan, and they can often even be used for purely cosmetic procedures that don't receive benefits through dental insurance.
